This certification serves to define the role that is played by individuals who currently work as managers and emerging leaders in an array of industries and enterprises.
In addition to being responsible performers, charismatic individuals at this level assume the role of an able leader and provide support and guidance to others. Such leaders are also responsible for keenly observing and organising the output of the team.
These leaders are liable to analyse and gauge the information from multiple sources and apply solutions to a demarcated range of problems, both unpredictable and predictable.
By undertaking this course, you will learn a variety of skills and content, including but not limited to:
- Become an effective manager and leader
- You will also learn how to put an operational plan in place, develop work priorities and put workplace information systems into practice.
- Communicate with team members and Senior Management
- Resolve conflict in teams

Persons who successfully graduate with this certification can choose from several potential careers and assume the role of a Team leader. Course Entry Requirement
This is an open entry course with no pre-requisite qualifications. However, students should have the following abilities
- Pass the Learning Literacy and Numeracy Test (LLN)
- Have a good understanding of English Language.
- Basic knowledge of using Computers and Microsoft Office.

TABT has carefully structured its Assessments to include a variety of formats which will enhance your understanding:

Students have 9 months to complete this qualification. This course is a self-paced distance learning training course. We would expect that you will spend at least 15 study hours per week. During this period students shall be reading, conducting research, performing assessments and managing feedback.
It is expected that on average, students will have the following study load to complete this course:

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (BSB42015) qualification by TABT. If a student successfully completes the units of competency, they will receive a Statement of Attainment relating to the units completed.
