Agent's Representative Course - Online/Distance Learning


To begin working in the real estate industry you need to complete the Agent’s Representative course. This course covers the education component required by the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) to work as an Agent’s Representative*.

*Any current or new enrolments in this course must complete the training by 30 September 2021 and be registered with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) within 5 years from the date of the Statement of Attainment.

Course Modules

Entry Requirements

In order to download course material and all assessments, students will need an access to a computer with internet connection, Microsoft Word 2007 or later (or compatible software) and Adobe Reader, printer and scanner.

Students must be:

🔑 an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.

This is an Online Course. We will provide you with online access to portal. You will need to download assessment booklets and send back the completed copies via email.
You will be assigned a dedicated trainer. Students will be able to email their trainer should they have any questions or make an appointment with the trainer to discuss through Skype. All self-study materials will be provided.

You may choose to submit the assessments as you complete them.
Upon successful completion of these units of competency, you will receive a Statement of Attainment relating to the units completed.
